Age Oosterwerf was married to Dirkje Baltus Welma in 1785. He was also a civilian ensign. The bag hook features a woman with a bird and an anchor as an image, symbolizing the soul and the hope that is within us. The bag hook is provided with the master mark AO. In good condition.
