Tommie Sjef Silhouet | Wild Ale 3.9 Expected end of JuneOrigin: Dutch Content: 75 CL Type: Wild Ale Percentage Alcohol: 8. 2% Untappd Score: 4. 01 Silhouet is a special blend of wild ales aged for 2 to 5 years in oak barrels and a rustic saison. Five year old Hallertau Mittelfrh hops were used. The result is a beautifully balanced beer that combines the complexity of mature, distinctive wild ales with the fresh and aromatic qualities of a saison.
