Patrice Rion Chambolle-Musigny Les Cras - 2022 (750ml) Jura adding a delightful depth ofWinemaker's Notes: Vinification Hand harvested and scrupulously sorted, the wine is fermented in open stainless steel tanks for around three weeks, then matured in oak barrels, with about 50% new oak, for 18 months. Tasting notes To the eye : the wine is a deep color with flashes of sparkle. On the nose : small red fruits dominate, particularly redcurrants, followed by more complex aromas of white pepper and a sense of freshness. On the palate : the
