A mantle is like a cloak that is usually worn over indoor clothing. This is a kaftan where the sleeves are about as long as the rest of the garment. The central image in this pattern may have been an artichoke. The colors were originally yellow with a white ground. CONDITION This 61+ year old Item is rated Near Mint Very Fine. Light aging throughout.
