It's compatible with the E5 Series, E9G4, E10 Series, E20, M5, M6, or any flashlight with a 25mm bezel. Red light is most often used to enhance, or more accurately, avoid harming night vision. It provides strong contrast and isn't easily visible over long distances, and works well with night vision scopes
